What to Bring?
We provide mats, balls, weights and resistance bands. Water is sold on premise if need be. Our studio store also sells grip socks and fitness apparel.
What to Wear?
We recommend attire that is similar to that worn at a yoga workout. Workout pants should cover the knee and tops should not restrict movement. We recommend you purchase grip socks at the studio for an easier workout.
All workout equipment will be provided by the studio (including mats, weights, workout balls, towels, etc.)
Water, socks and other workout items are available for purchase in our studio shop.
All new clients should plan on arriving 10 minutes early.Walk-ins are welcome.
No dance or yoga experience is required to attend our classes.
