SM: Can I choose child's pose? All the legs and glutes exercises. If i have to choose, plies with the ring, table top legs especially fire hydrant, and plank twists.
SM: All of them. I look forward to going back because of the variety in instructors and classes. They each have different personalities, approaches to barre and playlists. I am currently enjoying the challenge of taking new types of classes like circuit burn.
Family and sleep are her number one priorities. In the winter she enjoys learning how to ice skate and watching sitcoms with her 13 year old daughter. In the summer she enjoys hiking and the beach with her family.
