A Missouri native, but has lived in NYC/NJ for the past 11 years. She discovered barre and the Lotte Berk method three years ago after trying to find a way to recover from a surgery.  Paulina fell in love with the method and after three years got certified in Booty Barre. She has been teaching locally in Jersey City and NYC ever since.  Her current teaching style is a cross of Booty Barre and other methods she has learned through the years.

Paulina lives locally and in her spare time enjoys time with her two best pups Bear and Molly and bike riding around Jersey City and Hoboken.  Barre lets her eat her favorite foods, Italian mostly, and still feel comfortable in her clothing and on the beach.

Ruth took her first barre class post a rotator cuff surgery as a means to bringing her strength back up to pre-surgery levels. The no-impact movements provided the perfect rehabiltation and strengthening. Having returned to swimming and dance, Ruth continued with barre classes and loved them so much that she decided to become certified in Booty Barre. Ruth has many years of dance teaching and performance experience which she often incorperates into her classes.

During her time off you can often find Ruth running around the Central Park Reservior getting                                                                                                                                                           ready for one of the many Marathons and Triathlons she competes in annually.

Kali moved to the New Jersey/NYC area in 2009 and quickly found herself attending Barre classes on a regular basis. After working at her local barre studio in Hoboken as a front desk associate, Kali quickly realized that her passion for taking class could be translated into teaching. She completed her teacher training in the spring of 2016, and began sharing her passion for barre through her classes. Kali joined JCBarre in the summer of 2017 and is excited to help JCBarre students reach their personal fitness goals. In addition, Kali is currently the Development Director at The 52nd Street Project, an arts organization that brings together kids from Hell’s Kitchen in Manhattan with theater professionals to create original theater offered free to the general public.
