B3 : Barre Cubed

Our signature class.  Pilates, Ballet and Yoga combine to create a full body cardio workout.  We use resistance bands, balls and weights.  Leave feeling longer, stronger and re-energized.

Slider Barre

Our signature class with a kick! Pilates, Barre and Yoga with the use of sliders to give those muscles that extra burn! 

B3 Basics 

Haven't tried a Barre class before?  This is the perfect place to start. Beginner barre classes focus more on form and technique.  Get the same burn as our signature class but in a slightly toned down format that allows you to learn the basics.  FREE for first time students.

Mommy & Me B3

Get the full effect of our signature B3 class with your little one cheering you on.  Classes incorporate babies in a safe and gentle manner.  Open to babies in car/pumpkin seats aged newborn to 18 months.

Hip Fit & Boss Chick Workout

Hip Fit - The work out class that makes you feel like Beyonce. An intense hip hop cardio in a fun club atmosphere! Follow the moves and let loose - pop it, lock it and just DANCE!

Boss Chick Workout - An ACE certified, LADIES ONLY, high intensity hip hop dancehall afrobeats twerkout fitness class. No experience required, for all levels, with potential to burn 100-500 calories per class! 

Circuit Burn

A cardio intensive interval workout! Similar to a HIIT class but encompassing the fundamentals of the B3 practice. Class is split into teams that circuit through 5 minute intervals of intense toning and strengthening exercises with cardio blasts in between. 

Cardio Blender

This class is broken into 3 segments - cardio, abs and core and glutes. Start with a cardio routine that involves weights, transition to an abdominal section and then a glute focus. In between segments repeating the cardio segment to keep heart rate up and calories burning.

Brawl

Cardio combination class of kickboxing and barre fitness. Sneakers required.
