B3 : Barre Cubed

Our signature class.  Pilates, Ballet and Yoga combine to create a full body cardio workout.  We use resistance bands, balls and weights.  Leave feeling longer, stronger and re-energized.

Mommy & Me B3

Get the full effect of our signature B3 class with your little one cheering you on.  Classes incorporate babies in a safe and gentle manner.  Open to babies in car/pumpkin seats.

SL Core

IF BARRE, STRENGTH TRAINING AND PILATES HAD A BABY…
IT WOULD BE SL CORE. 45 minutes of heart-pumping music, muscle quivering, and total body strengthening, lengthening and toning in an inspiring, small-group setting (only up to 8 people per class). A total-body program that melds together cardio training, weight-bearing activity and Pilates to create a revolutionary, one-of-a-kind fitness program that burns calories rapidly and allows you to sculpt your physique in ways traditional exercise cannot.

Pilates - Mat

A mat based excercise that tones all the muscles that machine pilates does but floor based with props (balls, bands, rollers, ext). Pilates engages the mind & conditions the body It improves posture, reduces stress & creates long, lean muscles without bulking up.

Hip Hop Dance/ Zumba

The work out class that makes you feel like Beyonce. An intense hip hop cardio in a fun club atmosphere! Follow the moves and let loose - pop it, lock it and just DANCE!

B3 Basics 

Haven't tried a Barre class before?  This is the perfect place to start. Begginer barre classes focus more form and technique.  Get the same burn as our signature class but in a slightly toned down format that allows you to learn the basics.  FREE for first time students.

Ladies B3 Private Affair

Tired of just getting together to eat? Grab a group of friends and have your own private class followed by mimosas & snacks. We will create a custom class especially for you and your friends.
