A mat based excercise that tones all the muscles that machine pilates does but floor based with props (balls, bands, rollers, ext). Pilates engages the mind & conditions the body It improves posture, reduces stress & creates long, lean muscles without bulking up.
Hip Fit -The work out class that makes you feel like Beyonce. An intense hip hop cardio in a fun club atmosphere! Follow the moves and let loose - pop it, lock it and just DANCE!
Vixen- get schooled at Vixen Cardio Dance and learn and intro routine. Then dance, pop and burn the rest of classe!
Haven't tried a Barre class before? This is the perfect place to start. Begginer barre classes focus more form and technique. Get the same burn as our signature class but in a slightly toned down format that allows you to learn the basics. FREE for first time students.
This class is broken into 3 segments - cardio, abs and core and glutes. Start with a cardio routine that involves weights, transition to an abdominal section and then a glute focus. In between segments repeating the cardio segment to keep heart rate up and calories burning.
